Policies Post-Covid

Guests are asked to commit to the following: ~ CDC guidelines, we are unable to treat anyone who has traveled outside of the State of MA ~ Please reschedule if you are not feeling well or have not felt well over the past 7 days ~ You will be screened prior to entering the salon with a temperature check and brief questionnaire. You will be rescheduled if there are any concerns during screening ~ Please sanitize your hands upon entering and keep your mask on until you are laying down on the bed. ~ Due to the Covid Pandemic we cannot accept ANY product returns. ~ Due to the constant changing of this virus, please understand that we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your visit.

 

Etiquette

Please note, your booked appointment is a commitment of the estheticians time. Please arrive
on time. We require a 48 hour notice for any changes or cancellations. A valid credit card is
required to reserve your appointment, should you be a no show your credit card will be charged
50% of the service you booked.
